2024 Lois Britt Memorial Beef Business Scholarship Is Now Accepting Candidates – Swineweb.com


The Nationwide Beef Manufacturers Council (NPPC) is now accepting the 2024 Lois Britt Memorial Beef Business Scholarship programs. Ten $2,500 scholarships are awarded to scholars every year who intend to pursue a profession within the red meat trade with aspirations to change into trade leaders. CME Team and the Nationwide Beef Business Basis sponsor the scholarships.

Winners will probably be introduced on the Nationwide Beef Business Discussion board in Chicago, Illinois on March 6-8, 2024.

 

Offered in 1990 through CME Team and NPPC, the scholarship program honors NPPC’s former board director, Lois Britt, a life-time supporter of agriculture. Britt spent 34 years with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, adopted through 15 years with Smithfield Hog Manufacturing doing public and executive family members.
