SDSU Extension will host a Transportation High quality Assurance coaching from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Red meat High quality Assurance® Plus coaching from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on January 10, 2024. The trainings will happen as part of the South Dakota Red meat Manufacturers Council Red meat Congress on the Sioux Falls Ramkota Lodge & Showcase Corridor (3200 West Maple Side road, Sioux Falls, SD, 57107).
Shipping High quality Assurance (TQA) is a certification program that trains pig transporters, manufacturers and handlers find out how to take care of, transfer and shipping pigs. It comprises coaching at the possible affects transporting will have on pig well-being and beef high quality.
