- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp famous person anise
- 500g beef mince
- 5cm piece of finely grated recent ginger root
- 20 finely chopped dried Turkish apricots
- 3 Tbsp chopped recent parsley
- 100ml full-cream herbal yoghurt, blended with 2 Tbsp chopped recent parsley and 1 Tbsp lemon juice, to serve.
- Warmth the oven to 200°C.
- Warmth the oil over reasonable warmth in a pan, and fry the onion and garlic till the onion is translucent.
- Tip the cooked onion and garlic right into a blending bowl, and blend with the remainder elements.
- Divide the combination into 4, and mildew each and every round a skewer.
