  • 20 finely chopped dried Turkish apricots
  • 3 Tbsp chopped recent parsley
  • 100ml full-cream herbal yoghurt, blended with 2 Tbsp chopped recent parsley and 1 Tbsp lemon juice, to serve.
  1. Warmth the oven to 200°C.
  2. Warmth the oil over reasonable warmth in a pan, and fry the onion and garlic till the onion is translucent.
