Candy & Highly spiced Jerky

Marinade Substances
□ ½ cup honey
□ ½ cup olive oil
□ ⅓ cup soy sauce
□ ⅓ cup lemon juice
□ ¼ cup Worcester sauce
□ ½ tsp salt
□ ½ tsp pepper
Meat Substances
□ 2½ to three kilos thinly reduce pork strips
Seasoning Substances
□ ¼ cup of your favourite dry rub seasoning (Holy Voodoo Meat Church was once the seasoning I used)
Word: Alter the quantity of seasoning in your choice
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the marinade elements in combination in a small bowl.
Step 2
Separate the beef strips and position in a big bowl.
Step 3
Combine the marinade with the meat strips. Quilt and
refrigerated for three to 24 hours.
Step 4
Take the beef strips out of marinade, separate and lay on a big tray.
Step 5
Sprinkle the seasoning on one aspect, flip the items over and sprinkle seasoning at the different aspect.
Step 6
Lift the grates for your smoker grill roughly 1 inch. (I exploit different further grates to get the elevation so the beef isn’t on the true grill grates.)
Step 7
Position meat at the grates and prepare dinner on low for 2½ to three hours. Flip midway via.
