Sunchoke Soup
This can be a really easy, easy soup this is best for a wintry weather first path.
- Prep Time: 10 mins

- 10oz (300gr) sunchokes, Jerusalem artichokes, five or six medium
- 1 1/2 cups hen broth
- 1 tbs Truffle Oil to complete
