Taxpayers have funded the UC-Davis primate heart with masses of hundreds of thousands of greenbacks, but the body of workers there may be keeping cages at the side of bungee cords and zip ties and generating monkeys with middle stipulations that build up their chance of unexpected demise. Federal officers have simply cited the college for the plain strangulation demise of a monkey discovered entangled within the bungee cords, following at the heels of the deaths of 2 monkeys left in a van with the warmth cranked up. The gross negligence of the body of workers and the failure of management are killing animals. Shut the primate heart down.
