South Africa reported two outbreaks of extremely pathogenic H7 avian influenza in poultry east of Johannesburg, Reuters reported, bringing up the Paris-based International Organisation for Animal Well being (WOAH) on Monday.

In general 9,500 farm poultry died from the virus within the the city of Victor Khanye in Mpumalanga province, with one location having 2,000poultry and the opposite 7,500, WOAH stated, bringing up South African government.

The tension detected used to be H7, which isn’t the same as the H5N1 person who has killed a number of hundred million birds world wide.
