Main South African poultry manufacturer Rainbow Hen indexed at the Johannesburg Inventory Alternate on Wednesday, as a part of its unbundling from RCL Meals, reported Reuters.

RCL Meals, whose manufacturers come with Selati sugar, Sunbake bread and Yum Yum peanut butter, says it’s restructuring its portfolio to ship sustainable profits.

The spinning off of the Rainbow Hen trade shall be finished with the distribution of newly indexed stocks to RCL shareholders on a one-to-one foundation. The stocks will get started buying and selling on July 1.

“Stepping out as a stand-alone entity marks an important milestone for Rainbow, carving out a novel and aggressive place available in the market,” CEO Marthinus Stander stated in a commentary.
