“Noticed Closing Week” is going again nowadays to 7 September for my perfect footage of the WINGS Spain in Autumn birding excursion in southern Andalusia. Some websites are ignored solely within the slideshow as a result of my footage have been awful.
Scenes come with:
- The salt pans at Sanlucar de Barrameda the place we noticed shorebirds and flamingos.
- A ravishing cat watched us consume dinner in Sanlucar. Its refined colours jogged my memory of my cat Emmalina.
- Nice day of hawk staring at on 10 September at El Algarrobo and Cazalla.
- Perspectives of the Strait of Gibraltar, Tarifa and the Torre (watch tower) de Guadalmesi.
- On a daily basis went birding at early as conceivable. Sizzling brilliant solar. No rain. Temperature reached 98°F some days.
- Farm animals frequently provide at the dust roads the place we appeared for birds.
- Dry, dry, dry landscapes, even within the mountains.
- View of Montejaque, one of the vital Pueblos Blancos (White Villages) close to Grazalema.
- Scenes from Ronda the place the cliffs surrounding town are steep! (No I will be able to now not get close to that railing)
- Spain is the arena’s 1st or 2d greatest manufacturer of olives. Olive groves all over the place.
- Dried lake mattress with a little of salty water is a superb position to search for flamingos close to Fuente de Piedra.
- Slender streets in Osuna as we stroll to dinner on our remaining night time in combination.
Wind energy is BIG in Spain as observed on this video of wind generators close to Tarifa. All through heavy hen migration some generators are grew to become off to stop collisions with hawks and storks.
