To this point this yr, there were 5 outbreaks of African swine fever (ASF) in home pigs in Poland affecting a complete of 2117 vulnerable animals. The primary outbreak was once on April 12 and the remainder of the outbreaks passed off in June.

All outbreaks have been situated within the limited house indexed in Section II of Annex I to Fee Imposing Law (EU) 2023/594.
