  • 8oz (250gr) Prosciutto or different dry-cured ham, kind of chopped
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 purple pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 chili powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
  • 5oz (150gr) town ham

  • Put beans in a big pot, quilt with water and make allowance to soak for a minimum of 3
  • hours.  Drain.
  • Upload 8 cups of water to beans and convey to a boil over medium warmth.
  • Upload Prosciutto and bay leaves.
  • Simmer, coated for 1 1/2 – 2 hours.
  • When beans are comfortable, take away bay leaves.
  • Upload all greens to soup in conjunction with herbs and spices.
  • Quilt and simmer till greens are comfortable, about half-hour.
  • Lower ham into small items, upload to soup.
  • Stir in tomato paste. Serve.

Notes
