Shira, a volunteer with The Animal Rescue Venture, tells the story of 2 canine who lived horrific lives prior to they had been rescued. Chihuahua sisters, Annie and Layla, had been discovered among a hoard of 40 canine. The 2 doggies wore heavy chains round their thin necks.
