Dr Frank Hiller to step down as CEO of Giant Dutchman AG as of 30 September 2024


Bernd Meerpohl will take over as CEO of the BIg Dutchman workforce with impact from 1 October.

Dr Frank Hiller, CEO of Giant Dutchman AG, has requested the Supervisory Board to liberate him from his tasks with impact from 30 September 2024 for private causes. The Supervisory Board has agreed to this request. Dr Hiller will proceed to toughen the control crew and Supervisory Board in an advisory capability within the coming months.
