  • 2 medium potatoes (10oz, 300gr), minimize into bite-size items

  • 2 tbs chopped pink basil

  • 1 tbs mayonnaise
  • 3 tbs Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs white Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbs salad olive oil

  • Combine Herbes de Provence, paprika and oil.
  • Upload potatoes and stir smartly to coat.
  • Cook dinner in a pan at the barbeque till brown and smooth, about 25 mins.
  • Cook dinner sausages at the barbeque grill till completed.
  • Take away and slice into 1″ lengths.
  • Blanch beans in boiling water for 4 mins.

  • French dressing:
