Self-Frosted Chocolate Honey Cookies

Substances
□ 2½ cups sifted flour
□ 2 tsps baking powder
□ ¼ tsp baking soda
□ ½ tsp salt
□ ¼ tsp cinnamon
□ ¾ cup shortening
□ ½ cup strained honey
□ 1 cup sugar
□ 3 eggs, neatly crushed
□ 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
□ ¾ cup chopped walnuts
□ 1 tsp vanilla
□ ½ cup grated semi-sweet baking chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Sift flour as soon as; measure.
Step 3
Upload baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; sift two times.
Step 4
Cream shortening and honey in combination. Upload sugar regularly, creaming till gentle.
Step 5
Upload eggs, beat completely.
Step 6
Upload chocolate, nuts and flavoring; mix neatly.
Step 7
Upload dry components regularly; stir till completely blended.
Step 8
Drop by means of teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, permitting room to unfold.
Step 9
Bake in 375°F oven for roughly 4 mins.
Step 10
Sprinkle tops of cookies generously with grated chocolate.
Step 11
Go back to oven and proceed baking till achieved.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
Don’t stack or retailer till chilly.
