Chef Philip Thompson with Q39 in Kansas Town, Missouri, took most sensible honors at the once a year Kansas Town Style of Magnificence culinary pageant held March 18 at Harrah’s North Kansas Town. Seven cooks ready dishes for judging on originality, style, look, and menu applicability. This 12 months’s judges integrated: Chef Mike Chrostowski with the Institute of Culinary Arts at Herndon Occupation Middle; Chef Jacob Moeller with Rye – Plaza Downtown in Kansas Town; and Don Nikodim, govt director of the Missouri Beef Affiliation.
Further cooks competing integrated Chef Alyson Martin, Kansas Town Marriott Downtown in Kansas Town; Chef Jim Tinkham, William Jewell Faculty in Liberty; and Chef Shaun Martin, Harrah’s in North Kansas Town.
