The very best value of the day used to be paid for a ram, which used to be bought to JJ Wessels of Edenville for R100 000. Rams completed a mean value of R14 772,73.

4T to FM in-lamb ewes wearing singletons have been bought for a mean value of R2 250, whilst 4T to FM in-lamb ewes wearing twins completed a mean value of R2 750. 4T to FM open ewes have been bought for a mean value of R1 700.

The sale used to be held by means of BKB, with Gert Jordaan because the auctioneer.
