The Morriston Merino Stud Manufacturing Sale used to be held at the farm Glenetive on 24 January on behalf of Pat and Anne Vorster.

The best possible value of the day used to be paid for a ram, which used to be bought to Tauber van Zyl of Vergenoeg Landgoed from Barkly East for R20 000. Rams completed a mean value of R7 900.

The sale used to be held via BKB, with Gert Jordaan because the auctioneer.
