A rider has died on the scene of an “incident” involving a ridden horse and a motorcyclist in Wiltshire.
The girl, who used to be in her 50s, used to be declared lifeless on the scene the day before today (Sunday, 9 July), Wiltshire Police stated, and the individual at the motorcycle and the pony each suffered minor accidents.
A spokesman for the drive stated the incident came about on Bollands Hill, close to Seend.
“At round 3.40pm, we answered following experiences {that a} horse and rider had fallen after the pony used to be spooked by way of a bike drawing near from a blind bend,” the spokesman stated.
“Unfortunately, the pony rider – a lady in her 50s from Melksham – suffered accidents and used to be declared lifeless on the scene.
“Her subsequent of relations had been knowledgeable and our ideas are together with her circle of relatives at this tough time. Each the motorcyclist and the pony suffered minor accidents. No arrests had been made.”
