Serves 4

  • 1 field of store-bought vanilla panna cotta combine
  • 500ml cream
  • 1 contemporary lime
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 125g white chocolate
  • Berries, cherries and different fruit (as in keeping with your style)
  1. Warmth the cream in a saucepan. Make sure that it does no longer boil; simply because the cream starts to boil, take it off the warmth.
  2. Upload the panna cotta combine, the zest of the lime, vanilla paste, and white chocolate to the cream. Whisk the combination completely.
  3. Pour the combination again into the pot, and warmth for some other 3 mins on a low warmth whilst whisking incessantly.
  4. Pour the panna cotta into the serving dish of your selection, and in an instant position within the refrigerator to set in a single day.
  5. Prior to serving, garnish together with your collection of fruit or fruit compote.
