  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (1.5oz, 45gr) cherry tomatoes, minimize in part

  • 2 cloves garlic. minced
  • 1 tbs Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs tarragon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 anchovy filets, mashed or 1 tsp anchovy paste (non-compulsory)
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120gr) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs salad olive oil
  • 1 tbs snipped recent chives
  • 3 tbs grated Parmesan
  • Prepare dinner pasta consistent with bundle directions.

Notes

A couple of extra footage from our winery excursion….

That is the again of the chateau.
