I really like soup. I may live to tell the tale soup. Mon mari is worked up to have a little for lunch, together with his sandwich.

Tomato Meatball Soup

- 16oz (500gr) floor red meat
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cups (32oz, 900ml) red meat broth
- 2 cups (16oz, 450ml) tomato juice
- 2 cups (15oz, 450gr) entire tomatoes, chopped, juices reserved
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tbs basil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup (2oz, 60gr) small pasta
- In massive Dutch Oven (soup kettle) warmth red meat broth, tomato juice over medium-high warmth.
- Meatballs:
- Combine egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, basil, and Worcestershire.
- Upload floor red meat and blend smartly.
- Shape into small meatballs, 1″ (2.5cm) in diameter.
- When inventory/juice is boiling slowly upload meatballs, holding them separate till they begin to cook dinner.
- When soup is boiling once more (after addition of meatballs) upload the greens as they’re in a position.
- Upload all last substances, excluding pasta, stir smartly, duvet and convey to a boil. Scale back warmth and simmer quarter-hour.

Notes
